Shipping:
We work very hard to get your purchases packed and shipped in a timely fashion. we are a small company with just one or two people handling all of these orders. Occasionally, there are extreme cases where shipping may even take longer than 5 to 7 days, and if that's the case you will be notified. If you have not received your order in one month, send an email through the contact form asking for the order status before submitting a claim through PayPal. We would love to keep you up-to-date on the status of shipping, and would hate for you to miss out on a product that you truly wanted because of a lack of communication. Thank you for your patience, as we do our best to ensure the quality delivery of your product(s).

It is of utmost importance to us that your order arrives to you in the same quality that it leaves us. We use high quality shipping materials and carefully pack each order by hand. At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping or gift messages with product packaging.

We do not accept any returns or exchanges at this time. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
